GLK250 Driver door wiring

GLK250 Driver door wiring
I apologize in advance if this has already been posted multiple times, I did not have any luck searching.
I have a 2015 GLK250 and did not have the door lights installed. They just have the reflectors. I found a video on youtube (Flexx) that showed installing shadow lights, so I grabbed a set from Amazon. I had the drivers door panel off to replace the window controls (black paint peeled off) and figured I would install the wiring for the light, but the wiring in his video (C-Class) does not match mine. He uses the Red wire with white stripe from the White connector, The closest I have is a red wire with Yellow stripe. He uses the brown with pink stripe in the green connector and I have a Brown with Yellow stripe. Are these the equivalent wires to use? Do you know where I can find a wiring schematic for the doors on my car?

Well i got it to work with the wiring that quoted in the original post. The shadow lights look pretty cool.. but i am not sure i would do it again..
Next i think i will do the 10.25 Android screen upgrade. I wish they made a glass dash replacement.
