Alignment needed?

I have a 2010 GLK350 with a broken front spring.
The last curl snapped off cleanly.
These days you don't mess with a spring compressor, you just buy the whole assembly, spring with strut.
So I was going to replace both sides, and maybe the stabilizer links for good measure.
My question is, will she need an alignment if I replace the strut\spring assembly?
Is the alignment affected by the bottom two bolts, as in do they adjust, or are they just fitted in the holes and you just have to tighten them down?

I haven't done anything on GLK suspension yet.
Normally, with jobs like this you will want to check the alignment afterwards. It's really the toe that you are concerned about. You can probably just you string and 2 jack stands method.

By replacing two struts and springs, you will have changed enough dimensions that I would most certainly opt for an alignment by a competent shop.

Without checking/adjusting alignment, it is like having a cake with no frosting. . .

A tire salesman said I needed one every year, yea bs. I’ve had a few alignments and never was adjustment needed in 50 years of different cars, and tire wear was normal. If you hit a curb or big pothole then your likely out of spec. Your eyes can tell you a lot
