Cold start after dpf tune - 2105 GLK250

Cold start after dpf tune - 2105 GLK250
2015 GLK250
So a couple months ago, I got the DPF removal/tune and ever since, the first start of the morning has been hard. Today it took 4 cycles to get it fired and roughly at that. The tuner took it back to make sure it wasn't the tune and he said it wasn't as he used the same one as he did on the other glk 250s which run fine.
I changed the fuel filter, still hard start. Also it didn't throw up an engine light (which the tune might be masking).
It has 120K so I'm wondering if it is the injectors or g plugs.
Any help would be appreciated.
