Front Driver Side Parking light and hood release
Hey guys,
I've had this weird issue for more than 3 years and it's still going on. Basically, everytime I open the hood of my 2012 GLK, when I press the unlock button to active my lights in the dark, the front side parking light (amber 194) bulb is off. The workaround is that I have to go to the headlight, and tap on it gently and it will turn back on right away. Once it turns back on it's good until I open the hood next time.
Its bizarre and that is my workaround but I dont understand why it's always this light bulb and a simple tap on the outside of the headlight housing reactivates it.
The bulb itself is fine and hasnt burnt out since I owed the car in 2016.
Any one else had this issue?
