2010 glk350 remote start issue
Hello,
I was a frequent user of my remote start for my glk however it has suddenly stopped working. I have two keys and it does not appear to work on either or. Would anyone know what would have caused this?

Saw your post and thinking it might be one of our kits in your vehicle. Do you know if it's the Mid City Engineering SmartKey Starter that is installed in your car?
If so, it may be possible that the starter is in valet mode, if it's not responding. If you have our product installed, feel free to give us a call at the number below, and select option 2 for support, and we can try and give you some clarity on this issue.

A factory remote starter was not offered for this vehicle, so by default, it's an aftermarket product. Just trying to determine if it's one of ours.
How do you start the vehicle remotely with the factory key? Is it a tap of the panic button on the factory key?

yup, double click the panic button. Would this be most likely your starter in this case?
