I Changed my Intake Manifold

Hey guys,

I changed my intake manifold after I was done I started it back up the car idels but when I press the gas it might rev very little. When i looked back into the engine bay i realized that this was disconnected.

the pigtail was preety beat up. Anyway I hooked it back up and im preety sure its connected. The car still has the same issue the code reader gave me a P2135 code. I also tried resetting the throttle based on information I found online. Could it be that the pigtail going to the throttle is not well connected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What made you replace the intake? I know they go bad, but just curious what symptoms you had.

This seem to have nice step by step. I would ensure that it's really plugged in. I assume all connectors are unique.

Based on the code sounds like it. Maybe disconnect battery to reset the codes or use OBD reader to reset.

I actually fiqured out the issue I ended up putting a touch of gasket maker on the outside of the pigtail and it secured it enough. It started working then I erased the codes and so far so good. I had a bad intake manifold actuator so i eneded up changing the intake manifold instead of buying just the actuator. It would have this miniscule bit of hesitation then it would preety much take off plus the actuators gave off a check engine code.
