I recently sold my 2013 GLK350 with 170,000kms and picked up a 2018 Volvo XC90.
I have to say the GLK was better in ride comfort, noise, engine power, interior materials and was much more solidly built. We needed a larger SUV with 7 seats, so it had to happen. The benz had been pretty reliable over the years and continued to run great. Never had I had a check engine light. The Volvo on the other hand has had the check engine light for almost as long as Ive owned it due to a faulty fuel filler neck line which the dealer will fix in a few weeks..
Keep your GLKs as long as you can! They are great vehicles. Also thank you everyone who has helped me over the years on this forum. You guys are fantastic.

Thanks for providing your initial observations and your time here. Enjoy your new ride. Sometimes a change can be refreshing.

Posts like these make me want to pick up a second one instead of something new and unknown from another brand. Trouble free for 11 years, just routine maintenance much like the W124.
