Sequential turn signals
Hey everyone. I am sorry if there is already a thread about this. I tried to find one but my search would only cover all of the forums.
I purchased a set of those LED turn signal indicators that replace the stock ones on the X204 side view mirrors. The new lights have a stock plug connecting to the current signal harness. But there is an additional wire that is green
and it is supposed to activate the blue light that only operates when the vehicle is locked or unlocked. The instructions that I read said that if your model does not have the outside courtesy light you will have to remove the door panel and connect to a wire in there. My question is Which wire do you connect to?

When my 13 Glk was at the stereo shop getting new speakers I asked the installer if there were untapped , extra wires for the under door illumination system, he said no. Your harness may not have extra wires. You really have to look at what yours has.
