P2643 (soot accumulation) 150km after DPF filter change

P2463 (soot accumulation) 150km after DPF filter change

This is ridiculous, did someone have something like this? CEL (P2463) suddenly came on a highway, two months ago, followed by limp mode. Drove couple of thousands kms back home, and:
- regen at the workshop unsuccessful;
- change differential pressure sensor, regen unsuccesful;
- check inflow airpipes, no success;
- change all inflow gaskets, washed collector case, throttle valve, no succes;
- went to official dealer, changed diff pressure sensor again, no success;
- changed the dpf filter, suceess!

And what do you know? 200kms after dealer the same error is back again. What happens????

Could incorrect specification motor oil cause DPF soot accumulation? Maybe DEF or fuel tank contamination?

It does not sound realistic that the brand new DPF got clogged in a week's time though. Got the car to dealership again, will see what they respond.

I agree. it's hard (maybe impossible) to see a new DPF clogging after 150 kms. A bad EGR can clog a DPF but even then why didn't you get an EGR code?
Are you sure that the dealer replaced your original DPF or did they just clean it? Personally, I would question whether or not the replacement was completed properly or at all..
