GLK 250
Is Adaptive installed on all GLK250’s?
I have a 2015 GLK 250. It has cruise control but not adapative cruise. Was it installed but not activated as that package wasn’t requested and paid for?

GLK 250
Our GLK250 has pretty much all the options possible, including auto-adjusting HID headlamps and the AMG package.

No adaptive cruise control that I'm aware of, just regular.

That would be a very rare option on a GLK, if it was even available at all.

I cannot imagine Adaptive Cruise Control being standard on any Mercedes. Expensive components including radar. I'm certain the main components would not be in the vehicle if not special-ordered. I've never driven a vehicle with it but I certainly do not think I would like it. I believe there is already enough outside influence, outside control and Big Brother in our lives.

It was an option for the GLK - at least the second series.

I've found that the wiring harnesses are customized for each car. If the option isn't on the build sheet, the conductors for that option aren't in the harness.
