04 E320. 13 GLK250, 12 GL450
Wheels: 8.5x19 ET59 vs 8.5x20 ET45
Anyone know if the 19" GLE wheels with standard 245/50/19 will rub?

Assuming you have a GLK X204, the answer is no. I have 255/45/20 diameter 29.04" and 245/50/19 are smaller at 28.65.
If you have a 2004 E320 wagon, I have no idea.

Problem is ET59 vs ET45 eg you are pushing the wheel 14mm~0.56 inch inside, which might have issues unless you put 15mm spacers on the new wheels.

That's true but 255 to 245 is 10mm narrower divided by 2 for inside and outside. This reduces the difference by 5mm which still puts them 9mm or .354 inches inside.
