Lights issue after SAM replacement
I am looking for any guidance on how to solve the issue below. I am not advanced in this field and my knowledge is rather limited, but have a basic understanding. I live in a country where the amount of garage specialists is limited and therefore need to find any clues to actually know who to reach out to and give further hints.
So I've got this Benz that more likely has been customised after an accident and all was okay, except windshield fluid not working. I took it to the dealership and had them replace my SAM module which they stated was faulty.
Since then, Ive received my car with a working washer, but the issue with the lights.
- Currently, the only lights in the front working are low beams and main turn indicators.
- Not working:
- high beams
- lower day
led lights/running lights - cornering lights
- mirror indicators
The dealership basically said there is nothing they can do and it has something to do with the LED lights and coding. Their only suggestion would be to put the original lights back or contact the person who mounted current lights (impossible).
Since the dealership is no use, I need to go around local workshops and kinda explain to them where might be the problem and direct them to the solution. Please advise.
