Anyone have this issue? My Bluetooth was working perfectly but stopped for the last week or so. I'll ask my phone/google verbally to play a song. The Bluetooth sometimes will say "ok asking spotify to play beastie boys," it plays a few seconds, then stops. Sometimes it won't even do anything. Won't play my navigation via Bluetooth either. Hoping it's an easy fix.

Could it be the phone ? Turn off the stereo and try it.

Un-pair the phone and delete the phone entry on the head unit and then re-pair the phone, sometimes the connection needs to be reset / reconnected.
