Driver Bottom Seat Split - Now What?

Saw a great YouTube video of someone just buying the whole bottom seat and replacing it simply. I have the 2015 GLK 350 (not heated seats). My questions are: is the driver and passenger seat bottom interchangeable? Where are the best places to buy used parts, such as the seat bottom? I found one on eBay for $175 (see link). I am selling the car soon, so would like to put even less money into the seat if possible.

FYI - I do not want to mess around with buying a cover and replacing just the cover. It seems much easier to undo the bolts and pull out the seat bottom and replace it that way.
