How do I brighten the radio , door and all small lights . I figured it out once in the engineering menu but I can’t do it today. I never got it to stay bright . The dashboard I can do.
That doesn’t adjust brightness level. That I do in the center consul but the level of brightness of the radio and heating control is almost non existent. I saw it once in the engineering menu but I didn’t set it properly .

So, I was bored, and went out to the garage.
The one photo shows Brightness manually set to lowest, and second shows Brightness manually set to highest ... and I used the standard menu system in the center Display ... no "engineering menu" involved. (the Brightness is normally set to Automatic). Output is obvious.
I guess something got borked in your "engineering menu" that affects the standard menu in the center Display.

I found this. It's for a W212. Not even sure what it means...
"Chose on the consol: System ---Settings-------Disply---Brightness----then chose a number from 1 to 10 then OK."

That’s the same dash as mine and your radio and heat lights are bright , mine are not . How do you make the radio and heat controls dim and bright ? My gauges and radio are fine and controlled in the main consul gauge cluster , it’s what’s below , the radio - Ac- heat - doors etc that are dim
