Can’t turn key
2011 GLK350 4Matic with high miles. Shifter moves forward (right of “Park”). Just finished rebuilding the transfer case (car is still on jack stands). About 18 months ago, I sent the EIS in to reprogram/deactivate the steering lock. Any thoughts on reasons the key will go into the starter switch but not turn?
