2010 GLK Front Propeller Shaft Length

My front propeller shaft came apart catastrophically after 160K. Date code indicates original factory part with part number 2044101801.
Main question is I'm seeing 3 different lengths, all different by about a quarter inch.
I can't measure the original shaft as it's not in one piece. Can anyone verify length of shaft or where to source it?

Currently looking at Rockauto as they are a fraction of the price of fcp euro or MB themselves.

I took inspiration from one of our forum members and used the saw to get it out. Luckily the only damage it seems to have caused when it let loose is a slightly bent 02, the shield, and mangled a couple of the bolts that hold the prop shaft on.

Do replacements typically include these bolts?

You just had a part fail that could have ruined the transfer case , transmission , and a lot more making your Glk junk . But instead of putting in a quality part that will last awhile , you want to save 100$ for some part from probably China with unknown quality . 😂

Hilarious, I know.
So which part and from whom would you reccomend? If it was just 100 dollar difference it would be a no brainer, but it is not. Thanks for the input.

I went with the cheaper one from fcp, it’s still lifetime warranty, I forget what I paid I bought a bunch of stuff. The thing that makes it a serious issue is MB in their lack of wisdom did not put any kind of bracket around the drive shaft to hold it in place when it breaks . If you are doing it yourself it should not be hard to weld or bolt a protector to the frame . Yea you don’t know what you’re getting at many parts stores in quality of parts .

I've seen $1000 price difference when I browsed. MB OEM parts pricing is a joke that isn't the least bit funny.

Just to update you guys, I went with the CARDONE 659001, from RA that is stated to be 25.87" Aside from a nightmare of a job everything fits as it should. Only other damage I had was the shield and it took out both 02s when it let go.

Car drives great, drive line feels tight and there is ZERO play at pinion u joint or anywhere else. The failed shaft was the original, with a 08 date code on my 2010 MY GLK.

Edited to add the replacement did not come with hardware.
