Alpaca grey leather pictures?

OK, here are a few of the gray leather. The pics are reasonably color accurate although picture #2 is lighter than actual. Picture #4 is the closest color on my monitor.
As you can see, the GLK gray is pretty light in color...and a good deal thicker/courser than the leather in my Porsches. But it looks like it should wear well although this is my first M-B so I don't really have a point of comparison.

Yes, I understand standard MB leather is quite hard and coarse which is fine for a SUV I guess. Their nappa leather is much softer (on their AMG and Designo series I believe), but not sure if it'll be as durable.
I'm going for the Alpaca grey leather with a dark grey exterior. I think I have made the right choice after seeing your photos.
