GLS Option Question
Does the GLS come with a running board or is it an option? If so, which one is it? Thanks

Believe it to be standard on all trim levels.

It wasn't on the GL. It was included with the appearance package on the 350/450.

could very well be the case again with gls.

550 and 63 have one standard, at the very least.

Front Illuminated Door Sills are now part of Prem 1 package for GLS.

Running Boards are optional as stand-alone or as part of GLS Appearance Package

Is that option 846 - illuminated running board?? Or do they make the running board without the illumination?

If I remember correctly, I had to add it as an option on my 450 in Canada. My wife and I had a discussion about whether a running board would ruin the look of the vehicle or not with the Sport Package. We did decide to get it nonetheless as an option.

All running boards have lights. I believe Fab is saying the illuminated MB door sill entry plate is now part of the Prem package, when before it was part of the appearance package.
