Have these cars hit the streets yet? I could have sworn I saw a black GLS 63 on main street in Greenville SC on 4/8/16. My wife and just got out of the car and were standing at the back of our GLE400 waiting to cross the street. I then noticed a Mercedes coming up main street a few feet from me. First thing I noticed was the newer style grill MB is using on the GLS. As it went by I noticed the badges on the side and then I heard it when the driver decided to give it a little bit of the skinny pedal. It was dark and pretty quick so I could get a good look at the back but I did notice a weird non SC state tag.
I'm getting a little older now, 42, but we're my eyes mistaken?
So was the GLS released on April 6 or not? What's the status?
Yes, it was released in the US. My 550 order received a VIN but hasn't yet been invoiced. As soon as the dealer is invoiced, it will be put on a train and shipped.

No idea. And I'm just relaying what my sales rep is telling me. I feel like an idiot at times repeating internet rumors to him about delayed deliveries and what not.
But, I'll finally, truly believe him when I see delivery in 2 weeks lol.
