GLS revision after the facelift
Does anyone have any ideas on when the third generation of GLS will be introduced? I've placed an order but unsure whether to cancel it if it will be outdated in regard to looks in 2 years or so.

Undecided if MY 2020 or possibly MY 2019 simultaneous to new gen W166.. might know more this same time next year like Sept/Oct next year after MY18 is launched..
Model/generation's are generally 7 yrs ..
If you are concerned - then you might consider a lease.. test drive one, the sooner you drive what you like, the more enjoyment you will have, really.. the Future always comes, consider what you might enjoy now/forward till Future comes..

My bet is on MY2020. I think MB will play it smart and watch to see how the BMW X7, as well as the Bentley and Maserati suv's do in the marketplace first. Then they will be able to competitively position both a new GLS and a Maybach suvs. Let someone else be the guinea pig.
