They have the same bolt pattern (112mm x 5), so you could mount them on the ML. Here's a guy who mounted them on another ML

This is an older ML but they still have the same bolt pattern, up to 2018.

They'll fit but much wider, like 1.2" wider per tire plus different offset (will stick out more) slightly higher too around 3% bigger round
