Well my GLE has been on order since July 9 out of Alabama plant and is not built yet and dealer has no idea when.
a second dealer also told me they dont get any info from the US plant. Its more like you get it when it gets there,
he told me MB says 3 months but its more like 5 to 7. Could be more. They have issues with getting certain parts.
There were 1000’s of cars stranded in parking lots in Alabama waiting for parts in April. Some of those cars still haven’t
arrived. No availability means pretty much no discounts. I would wait until the spring when the dealers are loaded up with cars
that people cancel. I could be one of those. They will discount then as pretty soon people will be ordering 2021 models.
MB in Germany also have supply issues for parts. Too bad as these are really nice cars and SUV’s.
I will wait mine out for now , after 5 months what’s another 1 or 2
