If you DON'T have EZ-Entry - yes, the headrests "just pull out"
If yoiu have EZ-Entry - the there should be a photo pictorial somewhere here or benzworld - seat backs have to come off - and you have to pull c-ring/holding on the seat posts to allow them to be removed,
