Sounds like a scam. Wants to buy and ship out of the country to China. MBUSA makes you sign an agreement about not exporting your car. I would bet MB Canada is no different.

Sounds like an export situation agreed, however we’ve purchased three new MB (USA)in the past year and I don’t recall signing a form as stated above.
