Lost beneath 3rd row seats
 

A friend accidentally dropped his keys beneath the third row seats of our 2018 GLS 450 with electrically operated seats. We can't visually see the keys and can't find an easy way of accessing the limited space beneath the seats. We are not able to reach in from the rear or between the seats. There is a plastic panel on the front of the seat base that it seems, if removed, would provide access. Problem is we don't see any method provided for removal of the plastic panel. Called MBUSA, they are closed and the local dealer staff are in meetings and will only take messages....guess customer assistance isn't a strong MB goal.

2. Early morning meetings the last-day-of-the-month or the 1st-day-of-the-month are not uncommon for either or both Sales and Service - most meetings are under 30 minutes
