Can the attention assist be turned off on a 2017 GLC300?

in my experience if its being triggered you're probably tired, or have been driving long enough to be tired, or need a bathroom break. Once mine has started going off it would continue to go off intermittently. To each his own but I wouldn't' recommend deactivating it even if you could.

Yes, it can be turned off, at least in my '17 GLS, but you have to do it every time the vehicle is started.

Same in my 18 GLS... Have to do it before started.. Will come on while driving even if you say OK each time. In my experience it comes on in 3-4 hours of driving then each 30-45 min there after. Not a bad thing honest... I enjoy it actually so its time to bug my kids or wife in the ar that they have to drive. LOL

Same on my 17 GLE350. Comes on after 3 hours, approximately, and returns around every 30 minutes thereafter. A setting is available to reduce the sensitivity.

I'm not sure it is time based. On my 2013 E350 wagon I've had it pop up on trips of 1 to 1.5 hours long.

This is not true at all. Maybe that’s how YOU drive.

I have driven as long as 9 hours before it comes on. On that day I still had 3 hours to go. It is annoying.

It also comes on if you have to avoid an accident taking place in front of you and make several big corrections to avoid the accident. This is REALLY annoying.
