Just bought a 2013 GL350 Bluetec and I have a simple (I hope!) question

There is an icon in the very top of the instrument cluster with two cars following each other. There is an exclamation mark (!) between the two cars.

It is there all the time when the car is running.. whether Distronic Plus is being used or not.

Is this some kind of error or is this normal? I had the car scanned and there are a few stored radar errors (proximity to another radar source) but when cleared they don't come back (at least it was cleared and retested, but the engine was not started nor was the car driven)

What does this mean? Does everyone have this display? Does it just mean you have Distronic or some kind of error? I can't find anything about it listed in the owners manual at all.

Bha, I think you may have posted in the wrong forum. But I did check the 2017 GLS550 manual and could not find those icons. Hopefully someone can help, have a great thanksgiving.
