Deep pile floor mats available for GLS?
I would love a set of deep pile front floor mats for my W166 GLE. Are these available as a factory option on the X166 GL or GLS? Think Maybach if there was such a beast. I believe the front mats are common (shape, size) between W166 and X166.
The S-Class current thread has me thinking about this. I have the standard factory velour mats, which are quite good. I have a hole in the gas pedal foot area so would like an upgrade if one exists. Thanks.

I dont think they exist from MB directly, Ive only ever seen the thin velour ones but also wondered about thick pile, plenty of places offer custom ones but not sure about the ability to include the fixing pads so not really looked into it.
You'd think the higher end models would have the option to specify premium mats wouldn't you.

I spent some time on EPC looking through the floor mat options, and so far haven’t seen MB OEM deep pile mats for the X166 GLS.
If anyone has insight on the availability of deep pile mats for the X166, please post comments here. Thanks!
