x166 vs x167, how do you tell?

x166 vs x167, how do you tell?
Hi, I'm a newbie to MB, just got my hands on '17 GLS450. How do you know if it's x166 or x167? There appears to be two version for '17 for GLS450. Thanks in advance!!

The headlamps and tail lamps are quite different between X166 and X167.
To confuse things further:
The GL model spanned X164 and X166 platforms.
The GLS spans the X166 and X167 platforms.
The GL450 started life with a V8, then changed to a V6.
The GLS450 started life with a V6 and now uses an inline 6.
