I am considering OE tuning my 2017 GLS550.

Is there any downside or problems that OE tuning might cause?

We have a tried and tested tuning platform for all M278 equipped vehicles with proven performance and reliability that has stood the test of time.
The beauty of having a Tune with MyGenius OBD2 flash programmer is you can always switch between tuned map settings and remove the tune by flashing the ORIGINAL stock map for service.

 

only problem is that you'll have too much fun...
Has been awesome, does justice to the big block engine, it finally comes to life! Fun factor waaay up, funny though MPG stays (about) the same. Having (somewhat) experience with other German tuned platforms, feel pretty confident about it. Just treat your motor nice(Liqui Moly ritual) and you'll be fine.
