Hi all does anyone know if Corteco engine mounts work the same as Mercedes engine mounts on the GLS? Smooth ride, same functionality, reliability etc

 

I just had the the engine mounts changed, and I went with the oem at the dealership. Not sure about the ones you are talking about. This probably didn't help but good luck.

 

Hi JT....what led you to change your engine mounts, how many miles had your GLS travelled at that point and what difference in your driving experience did you notice post engine mount replacement?

I've had my engine mounts replaced by OEM parts at the dealership also at 95,000 kms here in Australia.

I started noticing a slight vibration while sitting in park. Nothing big but having I had this problem before on other vehicles. I had about 90K when I changed the engine mounts changed. After the engine mount was installed about 4K miles later it been great. It seems to be running smoother but that just could be in my head, lol. Hope this helps.
