GLS550 Brakes sporadically “pulsate” like warped rotors

Sometimes my brakes feel like they are badly warped when coming to a stop and other times they feel fine. The brakes have been inspected and rotors look clean.

Has anyone else experienced/remedied this?

Uneven pad deposits. Two ways to fix it - a few 90 to 5mph hard braking runs, or getting the rotors either sanded or resurfaced somehow.

I haven't done the rears yet, but I will this fall. I did the fronts last year because they got warped after a long road trip.

I replaced rear rotors and pads.

I went with this set. So far so good…
