Android headunit upgrade?
Has anyone swapped in an Android HU in place of their stock screen?

I've seen a few 9" replacements for the stock 7.5" unit. The improvements? Full HD screen (versus the lower resolution stock screen), touch screen, wireless apple CarPlay, 5G connectivity, larger screen area, etc. Has anyone swapped one in? How hard was the swap? How is the quality of the unit, etc?
