not sure if its the cheapest but FCPEuro might be a good option since the replace policy they have is great(if applicable to the items your looking for) Here is what they have on their site:
"REPLACE IT.
When you need a replacement, you must purchase the new replacement part first. Once you receive your replacement part, you can send the initial item you purchased from FCP Euro back to be returned against your original order."
Not sure about the cabin filter though, it looks like one has better filtration(292-830-00-00) than the other but here are links for both
I usually go for FCP Euro. It's always good to check them against RockAuto.com (really like RockAuto - good prices - fast shipping). I have also ordered from AutoHausAZ but, at least for what I ordered, they took forever to ship.
Some cars come with the P21 "Air Quality Package" or "Air Ionization With Air Filter" option which could account for the different part numbers. My car has this option and the dealer installed these: Mann – A 166 830 82 00 which were the charcoal filters (two of them). Check your car's build sheet to see if you have the P21 option.
The single filter on my car is the Mann – A 166 830 02 18
