Will this kill my transfer case ?

Hello, x166 2017 gls450

I want to go staggered with all terrain tires, because I don't want front to become very bumpy but I want rear to have as wide track as possible... these two sizes are what's available but they're 1.5 mm apart in diameter, will this kill my transfer case ?

No.

Look at the difference in revolutions per mile. It's almost exactly 2 revolutions. This means that over the course of one mile, the transfer case will have to accommodate two more revolutions for one axle vs. the other. It's insignificant.

great thank you!
I can play with tire pressures to lower the rear ones to kinda match as best as possible also..

Don't bother. Changing the pressure doesn't change the length of the belts under the tread.
