Service B message reset
I just Completed Service B, which was pretty straightforward thanks to the older help from this forum. However, I’m having trouble accessing other menu with the assist plus’s menu. I believe I am following the instructions to a T, and still I cannot gain access.
After I press the start stop button once with foot off the brake
On the old odometer screen
I’m pressing the answer phone button for one second
Then, within a second, I am pressing and holding the OK button for five seconds
The screen t changes to reset trip odometer and nothing but nothing else.
Any thoughts or experiences with this issue?

When pressing the call accept button dont wait for a second but immedtaly press OK and hold both buttons down. Your wait time between pressing call accept and OK should be few miliseonds. I just tested it on my gl450 and it works

I think you're misinterpreting the instructions. Once you press and hold the phone button you have no more than one second to press and hold the OK button.

But no luck.
I tried just the way you explained and I’m pretty confident I tried that earlier however I’m not getting that assist plus menu….
seems Like it should not be this difficult as it’s pretty straightforward But I’m still not accessing that menu…
Is there anything that could be blocking the menu access?

I got it! But need more help! Full service could not be carried out message

I got it I was failing to continue to hold the answer call button.

I was not able to confirm full service…
after going three the steps to clear full service and confirming I keep getting a message

How do I get the service message to be carried out and confirmed?

Strange. I don't have an answer for that one. You may have to seach around a bit on google. If you are able to resolve this, can you post the steps in this thread so if someone else is having this issue can resolve it

I read through the forums and see that some members came across the same issue and mention that it’s a dealer update to correct the message.
Others say to drive the car for 60+ miles to update the data in the vehicle, which I have and still receive the same message when trying to confirm service.
If i figure out How to get the service message to be carried out and confirmed i will definitely post it….
