Is this adjustable?

Weekend mechanic here, trying to self diagnose. 2014 gl450 x166 non ads .. Put in chinese ebay front shocks /airbags cause I'm poor. I'm getting a clunking and stiff ride when going over bumps. Except when I raise the vehicle it stops clunking. Then it automatically lowers after 45mph and clunk is back. New recently installed sway links, rods, ends, upper control arms. All else seems ok. I'm wondering maybe perhaps these shocks are adjustable? Is there a screw hiding under this rubber on top of the shock that's possibly adjustable? Maybe I can adjust the dampening? Or am I pretty wrong, again I'm not a mechanic.

Position (height) dependent clunking seems like parts hitting each other or contacting the body sheet metal. Check and re-check your work. Look at the top of the shock mount and both ends of the stabar links and upper control arms.

Is the clunk left or right side? Do a test with one wheel bumps (pothole) and two wheel bumps (speed hump). Try swerving back and forth (safely) at 60-70mph on the freeway. What happens to the sound?

Retighten stabilizer end links .
Also check the stabilizer bar it self .
Bushings could have separated and shifted causing clunk.
If this does happen the whole stabilizer bar has to be replaced.
Bushings are bonded to the stabilizer bar.

Everything seems fine. I really did check everything as best i could. Clunking seems to be top driver side. Also what I'm noticing... over 50 mph the issue is resolved, no clunking at all, drives fantastic. Below 50 gets clunky and stiff. You think it's a ride height calibration issue? My ride height sensors and links are all good, I had a x431 tool and all seemed ok. You think it's a bad strut altogether? Or I'm thinking the ride height is mph dependent and needs to be calibrated by a pro, ? Ty all.
