Axle boot leaking grease - driver's side
New and first post here. I have a 2018 GLS-450, and I was changing the oil when I realized the caliper on the inside had a lot of grease on it. I believe the axle needs to be replaced but I was wondering if its best to do both or just the driver's side? Car only has 60K miles so a little surprising that they gave out that quickly but I definitely don't want to be driving on it leaking for too long.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Can you recommend the part (link) that you used if you went through this?

The last photo is the caliper from passenger side where this issue doesn't exist. It is only for comparison purpose.
TIA
