GLS 450 rear shake
First foray into MB coming from a BMW past. Recently acquired a 42,000 mile 2018 GLS450. Have an issue where over about 55/60mph feel a noticeable shimmy from the rear. Rebalanced the rear tires with no change. Would like to put it on a lift and spin tires but not sure if that is possible with 4matic. Was also considering trying to mount a gopro to watch the rear prop shaft but have to figure out mounting.
Anyone have any history of rear shaking issues and what were the things to look for and remedies?

2018 GLS450
Resolved: Went for fancy Road Force balance. Upon breaking the bead on the tire, found the contents of two cans of fix a flat in left rear tire. Could not find any leaks after cleaning out all that junk, rebalanced, and now drives like it should.
