I thought you said it had a 3000 mile warranty. If they won't answer the phone have a lawyer contact them.

A simple connecting tube won't work once the level drops to the top of the saddle.

8000 miles later i still refill at 50% and no problem but last few days i was getting short misfires at 70mph and no check engine codes,somebody said the actual problem might be high pressure fuel pump which is basically mechanical it runs of the camshaft,mpg is also pretty good 20-23,new hpfp is around 300$
didnt have time and didnt give me any issues as long as i refueled at around 50-60% tank but now that i have this misfire i think something is on its way out whether its the hpfp or in tank pump,will need a deeper scan
here is what i think happened,because the filter was never replaced the tube simply disconnected because it could not provide the pressure because of junk in the filter from all these years,got the new gasket,filter assembly and also got the bosch hpfp (p/n 0261520219) just in case,going to need to drop the exhaust and driveshaft to get to it,need a special wrench to open the tank
