Drivers seat module errors
Does anyone know if the driver and passenger modules are interchangeable? Over the winter my driver module would disable itself if I used the seat heater, and I would get the clicking relay sound. I figured I had the short on the wiring as has been highly documented. I pulled the plugs on the module and let sit overnight and it would reset itself. So I just didn't use the seat heater just the ventilator and all has been fine. Recently I had to valet my car, there were no other options, and when I got back in they had adjusted the seat, and it was no longer operational. I pulled codes and it says got a bunch. Here is one:
B1E6F16The power supply for the seat control system has a malfunction. The limit value for electrical voltage has not been attained. STORED
So for troubleshooting I wanted to see if I can just swap the passenger side over temporarily to test?
Thoughts?
