LOL. It never ends. MBUSA will put the car on the lot before you can build one online. There is a SEVERE disconnect between the product people and the web site people.
It's the most ridiculous thing like ever lol.

I had to build my 2019 G63 without an online MB configurator and now it's the same story with my 2020 GLS580 !!!
Uggh I got 99 problems and an MB website is one lol

yup big disconnect there... Seems like the data is not centralized on 1 big database ..... in this day and age it really is unacceptable.. but what ya gonna do...

Oy vey, I could go on and on about how bad it is. But in general, it comes down to the caliber of the people they have in the Marketing dept at MB USA HQ. If I was in charge of it, it would be run as precisely as the German operation is.
