First Class Protection Plan

First Class Protection Plan
Hi all,
Canadian dealers are selling this plan on new GLS for 4,000 $ and it includes 5 items - rim/tire protection, windshield protection, key replacement, interior/exterior, and paintless dent repair.
My questions are, is this plan worth buying? how much does this cost in US? Can this be purchased at any time or only at the time of delivery?
They are also selling in ala-carte menu but buying just 2 or 3 is coming out to be more expensive?
I appreciate your advise and insights.
