I see "power 2nd-row side-window sunshades" under the convenience package, but does anyone know what it comes with by default? Are there manual sunshades otherwise or nothing at all? Also, any option to add just the sunshades without the package?
On the 580, you can get the power sunshades as a stand-alone option but that’s because the rear climate zones and ventilated seats are standard. To be honest, I would recommend the convenience package though. The sunshades are really nice, the 4 zone climate gives your rear pass angers control of their own temperatures and fan speed, it also adds two extra rear vents, and the ventilated seats are nice to eliminate back sweat and create a little air pillow between you and the seat.

Right, seems like only a standalone option on the 580. Do you guys think they are needed? My kids use them all the time on my Panamera, but the GLS has tinted windows, so probably not as useful?
Re: Convenience package, re-looking at it again it's an extra ~$400 over selecting the 4-zone climate system manually (ventilated seats I already get from selecting multicountour seats). Is it worth it? I guess it works out almost the same as selecting them separately.
