Well, the day has finally come. We’re picking up our 2023 EQS580 exclusive tomorrow. We did Cilajet exterior and interior ceramic coat and tinted the windows. Tint is a must in Florida. Ordered January 26, 2022, built November 16, 2022. Almost 1 year.
I have never seen a Twilight or Sodalite Blue EQS, but we really like the color.
Very nice! Someone in our neighborhood now has one of these too, the 580. He gave it the juice the other day when I was behind him in my E350 to show off. Gone faster than a fart in the wind. I caught up to him at the stop light a mile down the road and had a laugh with him. Said it's the most insane vehicle he's ever owned, loves it. Neighbor is having a charger wired in to his garage at this very moment for his new BMW M IX6 too. I did drive that one last weekend. Insane speed!
A few more years, and I might be in the electric camp myself. I love that more and more are making them, and certainly love that MB is making them with actual luxurious interiors that don't look like sparse afterthoughts, which is the key to getting me to even consider one.
