GLS 580 aftermarket exhaust
Hi guys,
If you own the new GLS 580 you would notice already that the exhaust is really quiet even in sport mode unlike other rivals like the BMW X7 which has a really good noise
I would like to get akrapovic exhaust but its not available yet, anyone upgrade the exhaust please share it with us

Put some elec exhaust cutouts on and then control to your liking. We control them from the Homelink buttons on the rear view mirror. We did that on our 2013 GL550 but also have catless downpipes.

This is kind-of funny - because if there was anywhere in the world a GLS580 custom exhaust could be made available - it would be Dubai where "anything that is possible is available for a price" - heck at the same time get your GLS580 wrapped in "Mirror Wrap"

Does anyone know if the 580 have internal valves that open when in sports mode?
I haven’t figured it out but talked to a Swedish custom exhaust company that can rebuild it and reuse the internal if there is any. The I don’t need any extra key to send signal to a external valve to open.
If it has it’s a cost of approx 4000$ to rebuild.
