GLS450 X167 fake DRL replacement options

I don’t want to replicate an AMG (already have E550 AMG Cabriolet and you can’t replicate that sound!), but in my opinion, the fake DRL/fog lights on those flat inserts look horrible and throw off the look of the entire front end (fake exhaust tips are another story).

Any “vented” lower bumper inserts similar to the 580 or 64 out there? Looking to replace the flat honeycomb style on the 450 non-sport (Sport/AMG and Night appearance packages are not available on the USA 450).

The AMG packages (63 or 580) will not fit. The non-AMG 580 (I think all USA 580 have the AMG appearance package) have vented areas above the chrome line...but I can’t find the part# for those...
