Delayed Leather Availability
Hi,
I am lurking from the W222 forum, as I am also in the market for a 2021 GLS450 for my wife. As I was preparing to order, I was first told that the Active Multicontour Front Seats option is not available with the Espresso Brown/Black leather she liked. Which sounded odd, so upon further investigation, at least based on the DOG I am attaching here, it turns out that the system was rejecting it because the Espresso Brown/Black and Black/Tartufo leather are experiencing some delay. Does anyone know whether this delay is indefinite (hence not worth waiting for), or there is some light down the tunnel with respect to their availability in a short period?
