My 2021 450 internet stopped working even though it says online etc. the data little symbol only shows it transferring and seems to be stuck on this mode and does not show signal strength.
I called unhelpful T-Mobile hotspot that the unhelpful mercedes me person told me to call and my account is fine. I believe my T-Mobile has to be reset but how? Where is the SIM card?
